The calendar 🕔ï¸ feature in MyCO includes events, jobs, tasks, meetings and milestones. If it has a date, it becomes visible on the calendar, and accessible via the menu as shown below:

Adding an Item in the Calendar
When viewing a contact or customer's details, you can add a calendar item as shown in the screen shot below.

The Master Calendar
You can view the calendar via the Dashboard/Home page or through the Calendar menu.

Regardless of what item you have in your calendar, you will get notified (as long as you have subscribed to notifications via Settings > Users > Notifications tab). This helps you ensure you do not miss important dates.
Your Appointment Calendar
If you would like to share your calendar to allow contacts to book appointments, you will need to create a new form using the Form Wizard. This is accessible via Menu > Forms > Create new form. As soon as your new form is created, visit the Form Questions tab within the newly created form and add a question with the type 'Appointment Booking'.
