How to Collate Customer Feedback/Rating on MyCo


Introduction

MyCo’s Testimonials feature helps you collect customer feedback, measure satisfaction, and even get referrals all from one simple link. It’s a great way to track how your clients feel and use their words to win new business.

How to Access Testimonials

From the MyCo Menu, go to:
  1. Customer Service 
  2. Click on Testimonials
On this page, you’ll find your unique Testimonials link, which you can share with clients via email, SMS, or after completing a project, training or event.

What Customers Can Do

When clients open the link, they can:
  1. Rate your service (CSAT) on a 1–10 scale.
  2. Write a review about their experience.
  3. Indicate if they’d recommend your services.
  4. If they leave a positive review, they’ll also be prompted to refer your business to colleagues or other business owners.

What You See After Submission

All responses flow into your Testimonials dashboard. From there, you can:
  1. See your average CSAT score.
  2. Track your NPS (Net Promoter Score) to measure loyalty.
  3. Read client comments and ratings.
  4. Click directly into each customer’s profile to follow up when needed.

Why It Matters

Testimonials aren’t just feedback they’re business fuel. They show you how satisfied your clients are, give you proof to use in conversations with prospects, and even open the door to referrals.
