How do Customer Reviews ⭐ work in MyCO?


Introduction

New customers are keen on hearing about the experiences of those who have already used your products/services.  This is why positive reviews are so important, as they help you win more customers, and more sales too.

Thankfully, MyCO provides a unique web page for you to capture customer reviews ⭐.  If you visit Menu > Customer Service > Testimonials, the top of the page will show you your unique customer reviews page.  Share this with customers to leave you a review/feedback.

And if you want to change the questions asked on the review page, visit Menu > Settings > System settings > Customer service settings > "Customer Review Settings" tab to update the questions

When your customers have submitted reviews ⭐, you will be able to see your:

1. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) - how satisfied your customers are with your products/services

2. Net Promoter Score (NPS) - the likelihood your customers will recommend you products/services to others.
