MyCo allows you to include a product selection question directly inside a form, so contacts can choose a product or package as part of completing a wider form. This is useful when product selection is one step in a larger process. For example, choosing a membership tier during a sign-up form, or selecting a coaching package as part of an enquiry form.
Selling products online? If your primary goal is to sell products or services, we strongly recommend using the MyCo Store instead. The Store provides a dedicated shopping experience with a full checkout flow, inventory management, discount codes, and multi-currency support. The product list question type on forms is designed for situations where product selection is part of a broader form, not as a standalone sales tool.

Step 1: Add your products to MyCo
Before you can include products in a form, they must first be set up in your MyCo product catalogue.
Navigate to Menu > Settings > Accounting Settings > Products and Prices and click the + icon to add a new product.
For each product you will need to enter:
- Product title: the name of the product as it will appear on the form
- Product description: details about the product shown to the contact on the form
- Product type: select Product
- Product price: the price in your default currency
- A product image via the Image tab
- Prices in other currencies via the Other Prices tab
- A sales document (e.g. a brochure or spec sheet) via the Sale Attachment tab
Step 2: Create your form
Navigate to Menu > Forms and click Add Form. Give your form a title, select the contact category, and choose the form purpose. Click Create Form.
Once the form is created, use the available tabs to configure your styling, personal and business detail fields, and any other settings as needed.
Step 3: Add the product list question
On the Form Questions tab, click Add Question.
Set the question type to Load Product List and enter the question text. For example: "Please select your preferred package". Save the question.
Once saved, open the question in Edit mode. You will see a list of your products with checkboxes. Select the products you want to appear on this form. You may have more products in your catalogue than are relevant to this particular form, so only tick the ones that apply.
Save the question again once you have selected your products.
Step 4: Share your form
Copy the form link shown at the top of the Form Questions page and share it with your contacts by email, WhatsApp, on your website, or anywhere else.
When a contact opens the form, they will see your products displayed with their titles, descriptions, and prices. They can select their choice and complete the rest of the form before submitting.
Important notes
- Do not mix standard products with subscription-type products in the same form. Use separate forms for each.
- If you want customers to select a quantity, enable the Show product quantity option in the question settings.
- Payments attached to form submissions are configured under the Billing tab on the form edit page.
- For a full selling experience including inventory tracking, discount codes, and a dedicated checkout page, use the MyCo Store instead.
